Well, it is time again for me to tell you how wonderful I am, by telling you about things that I would never ever do... so here we go!
* I did not have my small group guests eat in the living room. That is not very polite of somebody to expect their guests to eat so informally. (And I didn't do it because we didn't have enough seating for the table.)
* I did not answer the questions that were on our adoption paper work today, all by myself... then to read it over to make sure I hadn't missed anything- read "answer these questions together." I would've read the entire thing before answering the questions. Even if I was excited to get it done and sent in, I would've been smart enough to read things through slowly and then to go back and answer the questions. (Oh! And just for kicks- if I HAD done that, I wouldn't have answered all the questions "we" as if I represented two people, but answered it all on my own.)
* I did not skip out on watching the super bowl. I was invited to watch it, so of course I'd go! After all, I do enjoy watching all the home runs, slam dunks, and all that other fun super bowl stuff. So no way would I have skipped out on that.
* I did not have a dream last night about the bedding for our baby/kid room we're making. And the dream did not involve finding and buying crazy things (unnecessary things!) for the room. That would be WAY too obsessive if I had been dreaming about baby bedding. I really don't think about that room much at all... in fact, I was not even thinking about going out today to get paint swatches.
* I did not make a batch of chocolate chip cookies and then purposely leave a bunch of dough at the bottom of the bowl so that I could eat it. That would be so gross. Don't people know that raw cookie dough contains raw eggs!?! Who would eat raw cookie dough... especially home made!?! Not me!
Well, there you have it! Those are the things that I for sure have not done within the last week. What about you? What haven't YOU done?
I'm so glad you're up on your sports lingo. Slam dunks and home runs...you crack me up! :)
