I was babysitting my friend's 3 yr old twin girls yesterday, and of course I have to laugh at some of the things they say... and it just wouldn't be right if I kept it to myself... so of course I will share with you.
I need to preface my story by telling you that both girls are very interested in my medic-alert bracelet. When they cuddle me or sit on my lap they love to look at it. They have never really asked me what it was, but I guess deep down, they had the answer.
They saw a picture of Jeff and me on our wedding day. One of the girls said "That's the day that Mr. Jeff gave you your bracelet." I started laughing and I said "Mr. Jeff didn't give me my bracelet." And she said "Yes he did! Look... you have it on in this picture!" I did not have it on that day. I was wearing a pretty bracelet my aunt had given me. I explained this to the girls, that it was a different bracelet. They just didn't really like that answer.
Later on (same day) they saw the same picture from our wedding. One of the girls said "That was the day you met Mr. Jeff." Of course I laughed again and said "Ooooooh no! I knew Mr. Jeff a long time before that day."
Kids are priceless.
LOL, no that doesn't creep me out, I read lots of people's blogs that I don't know. I am glad you like mine.
