Mother's Day

For Mother's Day we took my mom to Red Lobster. It was super fun to be out together as a family- Mom, Dad, my oldest sister (and her family), and Jeff and me. Eloise, Jessica's middle daughter, thought that we were eating at Red Hamster. She asked Mor Mor why she was eating hamster. After the meal, I asked Eloise if next time she comes to Red Hamster, did she think she'd eat the hamster. She told me no, adding "Hamster is bad for you." As we were leaving, she asked why so many hamsters were swimming in the big fish bowl. Too cute.

I am so blessed to have a wonderful mom. I don't ever want to take it for granted because I know that having a wonderful mom (and a wonderful dad too!) is a blessing from God. Thank you, Mom (and Dad!), for being so wonderful!
