Did you know swiss cheese only has 50mgs of sodium! Wow! That's so little compared to most cheeses! And I like cheese. So the fact that I found one that I'm "allowed" to eat is wonderful!
I made myself a grilled swiss cheese sandwich today. Find your lowest sodium bread... then a piece of swiss cheese. Use unsalted butter to butter the sides of the bread. Cheese in between. And grill/toast. And there ya go! Enjoy! Mmm! Yum! Only prob- I ate it. No photo. Sorry.
