In My Backyard

I went outside to check on the kittens today. Most of the time that I see them, they are alone. I hope Mama hasn't abandoned them! I took some pictures of them... check them out!

This is Chubby Baby- hiding from me.


Chubby Baby is thinking about coming out... I put food out for them.

Okay- I'll come out... but just really quick.

(He's the brave one. Maybe that's why he's the chubby one?)

Chubby Baby tells them "It's okay!"

Little Baby joins Chubby Baby.

Well, that is, until the little one takes over.

Chubby Baby goes back to the plants to clean up after lunch.

Little Baby sneaks in a few more bites before running off... scared because he (she?) noticed me.

While I was out, I also got some pictures of my roses! I have a rose bush in my back yard and one on the side of my house. Both of them were here when we moved in, and I honestly have no clue how to care for them. I didn't see roses at all last year. But this year, I have a few!!!
