Bombs

Well, as the doctor said yesterday "I hate to drop a bomb on you..." I got another "bomb" dropped on me yesterday. Kerrie, the head of adoption services at Catholic Charities, called me and told me that the classes we wanted to get into (the training classes required for adoption or foster care) are not being offered at Judson College (5 minutes away!) anymore. The times and location were perfect for us... and now they are not holding them.
The closest we'll come is Naperville or Aurora (each is about 45 minutes minutes away, NOT including rush hour traffic)... and I'm pretty sure those meet on week nights, since I already have the schedule. So... it looks like I'll be calling Kerrie back and saying "no thank you" and then we'll have to pursue something else. I'm so bummed about this. I know that where God wills He makes a way. But it just feels like a lot of bombs are dropping...

...all I want is a baby/child to raise. Why does this have to be so hard?
