That Darn Cat

Do any of you watch "The Office?" Well, Jeff and I do. We actually really like that show... when it's clean. Anyway... the last episode had Angela adopting (or buying for thousands of dollars!) another cat. Well, they catch her licking (yes, licking... with your tongue) the cat to groom it! Jeff and I laughed so hard, of course. But it was so gross! As if that wasn't bad enough... later at work, she caughed up a hair ball.

Enough about TV... I wanted to share some cute pix of our kitties. We are getting ready for our foster care/adoption process and I've gotten a lot of things on Freecycle. One of those things is a cradle. For awhile, it was just sitting on our front porch. Well, on a particular sunny day, this is where I found Sydney.

Yesterday I was busy cleaning the house and when I realized how quiet it had gotten (the cats weren't running around, crying, hissing, etc...), I looked around and found Sydney fast asleep on the couch.

While I was cleaning, I found some of the cat's toy mice under the fridge. Bailey was so happy... so that's pretty much all she did for the rest of the day.

And, as usual, I have a bin of toys out for the kids I babysit. Well, I was working on the computer last night and heard a noise. When I turned, I realized that Bailey was playing with the baby toys! I HAD to take a picture of that too, of course.
