Kids are Too Cute

I have a few things that I had to share with you:

Well, my niece told her mom last week that they really needed to start praying for me because I really want a baby.
I really think this is going to go somewhere, because last night, Abigail's mommy told her I was hoping to adopt a baby soon, just like she was adopted. Abigail was so excited. Her big blue eyes grew wider as she said "Ooh! We should pray for her every night!"

I also have to tell you that last night Abigail's mom was one of the last ones to pick up from Cubbies. Abby is at my table, so we were talking a little bit. I told her I might just have to take her home with me. She sort of scowled at that idea. I replied "What? You don't want to come live with me for a little while?" Abby still scowled and said "No." I pretended to be sad and said "Well why not?" And she smiled, as if to reassure me, and said "Because! You didn't marry my mommy and daddy!" (Is that code for "you're not part of my family, strange lady!?!")
