What have we here? A new computer!!! Don't all clap at once... or even faint for that matter!
Whew! I'd like to thank my sister, Jessica, who was so sweet and generous to share her lap top with us until we got around to buying a new computer.
Life has been good! I started back to work... school starts on Monday. We are almost fully enrolled... which means about 18 in each class... so I'll have 36 kids in all. I'm excited for a new school year... lots of changes are being made... but I think they'll be great!
I have been totally blessed to have one of my best friends visiting in the area for the month of August. We basically grew up together... middle school on... you know... through our dorky years. And some who we managed to remain friends! She lives in Oregon with her husband and two (almost three!) adorable children. She was wonderful enough to come out to visit. I have enjoyed spending time with her... over frozen pizza, at IKEA, and then tonight at our "reunion" with some high school friends. SO MUCH FUN! I'm gonna miss you, Girl!
Other than that... we're staying busy with the cats, the house, church, friends, and our jobs. We are very blessed! Lots of reasons to celebrate the moment... something my grandma taught me to do.
