Well, I am unable to put my new pictures on here right now. For those of you that don't know, our computer totally crashed and we will be replacing it sometime (soon). But until then, my sister has let us borrow her lap top... that way we can still be in touch with the rest of the world. Well, we don't want to download anything on here, since it's not ours. And she doesn't have the same software and stuff we used to share pictures. So PLEASE hang in there with us while we wait for our new computer. Then we will share pictures with you all. We are as anxious you are!
Daddy and I finished the painting last week... it took us about a week to complete the kitchen, bathroom, and even the little mudroom. He's sure good! I couldn't have done it with out him!
We found a fire ring... something we've been hoping for for awhile. It was funny, because our brother in law suggested we try Menards... everything is supposed to be cheap there... and we looked there for the fire ring. They had a couple to pick from. The cheaper one was $100. So we left the store, and continued searching elsewhere. Then we heard Meijer might have some... so we ran over there yesterday and got the SAME one that listed at Menards for $100... only we paid $34. Go us!
Daddy fixed the sink issue in the basement. He's wonderful, as I said... we're so thankful for him. He's been very helpful.
We have a few finishing touches to do, and then we'll be good to go (and we can sit back and relax... and enjoy the house!).
