Well, we got a call yesterday from our attorney. I guess that we may not be moving on the day we planned...? Maybe? She's doing everything in her power to make it work.
The people we are buying the house from are moving into a house (still in Elgin, I think...) that is having some pre-closing issues. I don't know the details, but our attorney is calling over there and trying to make things work... so crazy. So yeah... we kind of just continue to pack and clean, because we get kicked out of our apartment this Monday... ha ha ha! We'll keep you posted as to how this goes. We're hoping and planning for the best. That's really all we can do.
Funny story... Jeff likes to take his breaks (at work) out in his car. He eats his lunch and listens to the radio. So today he was sitting there, eating lunch and looking for a radio station. He had the windows down, and could kind of sense that somebody might be coming up alongside of his car. He figured it was a co-worker that wanted to talk or something... he turned his head, and there was a deer standing there, staring at Jeff! Ha ha ha... The deer ran just in time for Jeff to really realize what it was. I'm jealous... I LOVE deer. But Jeff got to have the confrontation. I think I probably would've had a heart attack anyway. Ha ha ha!
