Just the Two of Us

So, back when we thought that we were going to become parents any day now... Jeff and I were sitting down for dinner and I realized (and said out loud) "Just think... it won't be just the two of us again for a long time..."

In a way, that's so bittersweet, isn't it?

I mean- right now, life is so fun. Jeff and I can go out any time we want to, we do pretty much anything we want to, and we really only have to take care of each other.

I'm not saying that life won't be fun when we do have kids... but it'll be different, that's for sure. I really enjoy just being Jeff and Sarah right now. And as much as I do want to have a baby soon, I just rest in knowing that not only is it God's timing, but He's blessing us a little bit extra while we wait- letting it just be the two of us.
