Special Friends

I had coffee today with a friend.  It was so refreshing.  Not just the coffee, as yummy as it was.  But it was so refreshing to hang out with her, just us, talking about life.  The funny thing is?  I used to babysit her.  LOL.  It's not what you think... she was a freshman in high school when I started "babysitting" her and her younger sister.  Their dad needed somebody to pick the girls up from school and sit with them til he got home from work, so I did.  :)  And these girls have become some special friends of mine... with the oldest almost a year out of college and the younger one is finishing up her junior year of high school.  Wow.  Time flies.  It made me smile, though, and thank God for the way He works in our lives... that was the perfect "job" for a college student (me) at the time, and I made relationships that will last a lifetime.  :)
