You know those little pink slips of paper you get when you're away from the office and somebody takes a message for you? (Or, in my case, since I've never had an office, my mom would just leave them for me randomly when she was my boss at Fox Valley Sports Academy.) Well, we had a HUGE one when we returned. Let me give you a small taste of what it was, courtesy of Darryl (who did the work with my dad's help):
This is our bathroom, BEFORE any work was done.
Again, before the work.
After the tub and toilet were removed... ew! The floor boards were rotten and soggy!
After they removed ALL the floor boards. You can see into the basement!
Floor boards are down and the cement boards are laid.
Tiles are in place.
Grouting has been done.
Finished!
Another view- looks so nice, doesn't it? Good work, men! We LOVE our new floor. Thank you for all the hard work and long hours, Darryl and Daddy!
it looks great! we no longer have matching tile--we moved, you replaced (ours should have been replaced drat that cheap-o renting company!), love your (bathroom's) new 'do!
