Health, Hobbies, and Having Fun...

I've been kind of busy, so I haven't really kept up with this. I'm sorry. I know you've all been sitting around, tapping your fingers on the desk, waiting for me to come back to you. Well, wait no more!

Sad news? The fluid in my abdomen is really getting me annoyed. I can't seem to control it with the medicine. I look and feel pregnant (have I said this before!?!). And guess what? My belly button hernia came back. Mmhmm... I just had it removed June 1st. Two months later, and it's back. (Actually, it was more like a month and a half... I just didn't announce it.)

What am I going to do about this? Well, I have an appointment set up for September 1st to meet with my GI doctor. I am going to ask him if it's possible, if he's willing, and if insurance would cover it if he removed the fluid from my abdomen on a bi-weekly basis. It would really help me. I just need it all to work out. I am also going to call my surgeon (the one that took care of the three hernias) and let her know that this one is back. Lucky me.

You know the saying, when life hands you lemons, make lemonade? Well, I like mine better, at least right now... when life hands you lemons, throw them at people.

I was going to apologize for complaining. But it is my blog, so I can do what I want. You are the one that chose to read. (Tee hee hee)

I am continuing to work on editing the wedding photos. It is fun sometimes... other times, it's tiring. I hope she likes them. It sort of motivated me to edit some of my own wedding photos and to play with them. Maybe I'll do that one day.

Why is it that most of my hobbies are on the computer? That cannot be good.

I am looking forward to vacation. We're leaving September 4th and returning on the 13th. We're planning to visit Pastor Stanley's church in Atlanta on Sunday, the 6th. And we're planning to go to Sea World, Disney World, the beach, and just bum around and enjoy the vacation. I so cannot wait! I'm praying for good weather. And I'm also praying that the creepy little lizard thingies don't bother me... that is one thing I remember about Florida... the lizard thingies. Why do fun places have to have yucky things? Like Kansas... Kansas has chiggers. Eeew! Otherwise, it's all good.
